One of the world’s most renowned fighting game is gearing up for a new season. Tekken 7 is coming back with Season 4.

Tekken, published and developed by Bandai Namo Entertainment, is one of the longest-running and most followed fighting game in existence. It is the ninth overall installment of the series and was initially released back in 2015.

Tekken 7 follows the plot from the previous installment. The story leads to a face-off between Heihachi Mishima and Kazuya. The game introduced many new elements to the series and became one of the most successful installments.

Tekken 7 – new season arrivals and changes

One of the biggest news for the new season is the arrival of new moves for all the characters. New moves are always a treat for the fans, and with Tekken’s fast-paced action, players can expect some serious high-voltage moves.

There were no specifics as to whether the new Season will further add to the current roster, but it is safe to assume that we may very well end up seeing some.

The trailer states that they are taking the game to the “next level.” There will be an update to battle balance. The trailer also showcased “Tekken Prowess”; but did not get into any details. Many speculate it could be some sort of skill indicator or perhaps even an MMR. The exact details behind the same can only be known when the devs decide to speak on it. If not, we will have no choice but to wait for another trailer reveal.

Towards the end of the trailer, we were given a glimpse of another character. The character isn’t really visible but fans hope it is Kunimitsu, the female ninja.

The developers have also tweaked the online experience to make it much better for the players. This will be a huge boost to all those players out there who compete in pro-level matches. Tekken is one of the best fighting genre Esports out there and, well, over the years has garnered a cult following.
