Ferrari Academy driver Mick Schumacher paid a fitting tribute to his father, on account of the Italian motorsport giants’ 1000th Grand Prix. This is the second time Mick drove the F2004, largely considered to be the team’s most successful car ever. He took it out for a spin at Hockenheim last year – just prior to the German Grand Prix.

The legacy of Ferrari’s F2004 can by no means be understated. Weighing 605 kgs, it is said that the car has a horsepower range of 850-1000. Alongside teammate Rubens Barrichello, the legend that is Michael Schumacher took the 2004 Formula One season by storm.
Securing the world title with a grand total of 148 points, Schumacher won 13 of 18 races with the F2004. To this day, Michael Schumacher holds the joint-record (13) with Sebastian Vettel, for most races won in a season. All thanks to the mightily fierce and powerful F2004.
