The car looks amazing. The shark fin, seen in most 2017 cars makes a comeback here. The nose is smooth and lacks the ugly thumb. The sidepods are narrow and aggressively shaped like most other cars. A lot of floor space is seen. Showing that the power unit has been very well packaged.

James key has played a major role in the success of the team over recent years. And talks of his promotion to the RBR team prove his caliber. After finishing 7th in the constructors’ last year, the STR team will be motivated to do better this year with the regulation changes and the new updated engine.

The rear of the car looks clean. The aero changes mean they might even challenge the big teams, considering their technical capabilities. The expectations will be high from STR as well as the two drivers. The amount of talent in their driver line-up and also in their engineering department will lead anyone to believe they might be able to fight for top 4 this year.
