A hype surrounded the Los Angeles Clippers before the start of the 2019/20 NBA season and so far, they have lived up to it. Since an impressive win against their local rivals Los Angeles Clippers on the opening night, they have impressed with their game on both ends of the court. If anything, they will need a playmaker outside of their starting line up, which will help in rotating the squad.
The signings of Paul George and Kawhi Leonard in the pre-season have led to a huge belief that the Clippers will be title contenders this season. They have consistently been among the top teams in the league table this season, and look like a team in contention for the Championship. But they have sometimes struggled to find options beyond the duo, especially playmakers. With the trade window open till February 17, the Clippers could look up to it to work on their limitations.
Here are three players that could be a good signing for the Clippers this season.

Probably one of the under-appreciated players in the league currently, Andre Iguodala can be a great addition to the Clippers’ attack. Iguodala has also been in the rumour mills since the trade window opened in December. It was reported that the Memphis Grizzlies will almost certainly trade the 35-year old veteran and the Clippers could certainly profit with his addition.
Marcus Morris
The New York Knicks forward Marcus Morris could fit well into the Clippers side. He could be the go-to player in case of a tired Kawhi Leonard or Paul George. Morris has been an important part of the Knicks lineup. He is averaging 19.1 points, 1.5 assists and 5.5 rebounds this season with a field goal percentage of 43.1%. He could be a great boost to the Clippers ambitions of clinching the NBA Championship.

Tristan Thompson
Even though the Clippers have a good centre in Ivan Zubac, they might look for Tristan Thompson who could act as a backup as well play as a forward when needed. He is averaging a career-best 12.8 points this season and could interest the Clippers if they think about a Centre.
