WATCH: Mike Tyson Creates Havoc at AEW With Henry Cejudo and Vitor Belfort at His Side

Fans look towards the boxing ring in the hope of catching a glimpse of Mike Tyson. However, it seems like he has some business to take care of before he can make his way back to the ring.

Iron Mike recently made an appearance on All Elite Wrestling’s Dynamite show towards the end on Wednesday. He faced Chris Jericho as part of the storyline segment in a live show in Jacksonville, Florida that aired on TNT. The storyline runs in continuation of a story that started a decade ago in the WWE.

Tyson made his way to the center flanked by former UFC two-division champion Henry Cejudo and MMA legend Vitor Belfort.

Previously, Tyson appeared on AEW’s “Double or Nothing” pay-per-view on Saturday, in a bid to present the new TNT championship title to Cody Rhodes.

Belfort was in attendance at Double or Nothing and so was Henry Cejudo. However, The King of Cringe did not appear on the screen.

Tyson is no stranger to the art of wrestling, as he once appeared in the ring shoulder to shoulder with Jericho, on an episode of WWE’s “Monday Night Raw.”

The two were slated to take on D-Generation X. However, towards the end of the bout, Tyson turned on Jericho, punching him in the face. Consequently, aligning himself with Triple H and Shawn Michaels.

Jump to 10 years later, The Baddest Man on the Planet made his way to the ring. Impersonating Hulk Hogan the best that he can, by ripping his shirt off and shoving Jericho. Igniting a brawl in the ring.

However, many argue that Tyson added to the comicality of the segment by making a conscious effort to avoid laughing and eventually breaking his character.

Tyson has been working hard to get back in fighting shape after revealing his intentions to make a comeback. Ever since his revelation, multiple promotions, including BKFC, have approached him to make his comeback under their promotional banner.

As far as his opponent for the fight is concerned, names like Tito Ortiz, Wanderlei Silva have been thrown into the mix. However, the 53-year-old is not the only boing veteran looking to make a comeback. Evander Holyfield and Shannon Briggs have been juggling the prospect of lacing their gloves up as well.

It will be interesting to see where these old-timers land up.
