Alexander Zverev Gets Awkward Watching 14-Year-Old Him Giving Interview

German star Alexander Zverev has emerged as a major figure on the ATP Tour since 2017. However, we have only seen him as an adult and it would be interesting to see a much younger version of him. Recently, the ATP gave fans an opportunity to see that as they posted a video of him on Twitter.

Zverev himself saw the video and as you can see, it was really awkward for him. However, his fans would not have felt the same way and they would have enjoyed seeing a young version of the German.
In the video, we see a 14-year-old Sascha playing tennis with his brother Mischa. In addition to that, he also talked about how he started playing tennis. He said,
“I was born with a tennis racquet in my hands and I saw always my brother playing. I always saw my parents playing and then I always wanted to play myself. That’s how I started tennis.”

Coming from a family of tennis players clearly helped Zverev in his own career in the sport. He has enjoyed a lot of success and his biggest successes came this year.
In 2020, the German reached his first-ever Grand Slam semi-final at the Australian Open. In addition to that, he has also reached his first-ever Major final at the US Open. Yes, he lost both of them but these are still huge achievements for Sascha.
