InnerSloth recently released the much-awaited Airship map to its sensational game, Among Us. The map accompanied several other quality of life and cosmetic updates. Although the update was well received by players and fans, it wasn’t enough to boost the game back to the glory it had in the last quarter of 2020.

Fortunately, the developers haven’t given up on the game yet. In fact, they have already announced another major update coming to the game. The ‘next big update’ arrives at Among Us this June during the Summer Game Fest. However, as fans wait for the update, InnerSloth has already started dropping hints.

InnerSloth adds yet another color for players to fight over as they try to get their favorite one. Whether a new color option will cause more fights or reduce them is still a mystery, but the rose color option is still an exciting addition. Therefore, the developers dropped a small sneak peek of how the new crewmates will look like running around in the game.

The reactions to the new crewmate color were even better than the announcements, and even the developers couldn’t resist acknowledging that. The community went gaga over how cute the new crewmate looks in rose color. However, that answers our previous query regarding fights over the new color.

With such a ‘kawaii’ color for the crewmates, it is definitely going to be as popular as the black or white crewmates. This only means choosing colors is going to be even more dramatic than the actual game.

It would be interesting to see what else accompanies the next big update of Among Us. The game had previously talked about improving the in-game account system and networking as well as porting mechanisms. It would be fascinating to see if the 8-member development team make this a possibility so soon.

Expecting a new map right after one arrived would not be ideal. However, players can certainly expect more cosmetics such as pets and hats to make their game more enjoyable.
