Roger Federer, the legendary Swiss tennis player, recently uploaded a series of photos from the Barclays basketball court on Instagram. The Swiss were attending a basketball game, and he received the loudest cheer from the crowds gathered at the stadium. Arguably, the GOAT of modern-day tennis looked elegant while posing for the paparazzi at the court.

The Swiss Maestro made the most of his newfound free time by spending time at an NBA game. The Nets lost 103-92 in front of their distinguished guest who sat courtside to watch the game. Later, the Swiss ace posted about his visit on his Instagram stories.

Federer recently treaded on to a different type of court to watch the Brooklyn Nets take on the Boston Celtics at the Barclays Center. The legendary player had posted a series of photos from his courtside seat on his Instagram stories. Although the photos were uploaded without a caption, fans noticed the support he had for his favorite team. His presence, though, was insufficient to motivate the Nets to a victory.

The Swiss ace never concealed the fact that he also enjoyed playing other sports. Once he participated in a basketball game as a youngster. He once added that Michael Jordan, the greatest basketball player of all time, served as an inspiration to him. Federer was inspired due to his resilience, excellence, and will.

While competing in the pre-2019 Shanghai Open tournament alongside Croatian tennis player Marin Cilic, Federer joined the Shanghai Sharks of the Chinese Basketball Association to shoot some hoops.
