Despite having an underwhelming 2021 season, the Spaniard is back for the inaugural Grand Slam of the 2022 season. However, this time around, despite his commendable form and dominating victories in the first two rounds, his hair is the real talking point for tennis fans.

People watching Nadal in action have spotted the Spaniard’s hair getting thinner day by day. Fans across the globe took to social media to comment their views on this. One such fan wrote, “Rafa needs to do something about his hair pls.”

Another one wrote, “the more I see Rafa, the less hair he has.”

Further, one of the fans had an interesting observation to share.

In a hilarious tweet, one fan wrote, “Rafa Nadal has won $125m in prize money and still owns the thinning hair line. Respect.”

Moreover, one of his fans was disappointed to read comments about Nadal’s hair.

In 2016, World Number 5 underwent a hair transplant to replenish his thinning hair. In this procedure, doctors transplanted 4,500 follicles onto his scalp, which took almost ten hours.
