Another day and another tennis player withdrew his name from the Australian Open. As we are approaching the first Grand Slam tournament of the Year, Nick Kyrgios, who was supposed to play in his home Grand Slam, withdrew owing to an injury. And after his withdrawal, he gave his fans a little sneak peek insight into his health procedure. 

While the 27-year-old tennis player’s fans were quite excited to see the tennis player rule over the Australian Open courts. After seeing his last Doubles victory. But the excitement was only for a short time as the Tennis player won’t be seen playing the first Grand Slam tournament of the Year. 

Nick Kyrgios shares a brief insight into his injury problem

The Wimbledon finalist took to his Instagram account to share a story about his knee injury update. The Tennis player shared a picture of what doctors found. While doing the drainage procedure that takes place before the knee surgery.

He wrote along the story, “A little insight into what was in my knee 4 days prior, drainage procedure.” The 27-year-old tennis player’s withdrawal came 11 hours before the Australian Open began. And the story is clear proof of what the Tennis player is going through at this crucial point in his life.
