Jannik Sinner Describes His Experience Practicing with Rafael Nadal at Australian Open 2021

Jannik Sinner impressed almost every tennis fan with his incredible gameplay at the Miami Open 2021. Even though he ended up as the runner-up of the tournament, he showed that he can earn a big name in tennis one day. Interestingly, he also became the second teenager to finish as the runner-up in Miami after his idol Rafael Nadal.
In a recent interview, Jannik Sinner revealed his experience training with Rafael Nadal. He mentioned that his practice with the World No. 3 player was one of his best experiences.
“With Rafa, it was maybe one of the best experiences,” began Sinner. “Practicing with the guy who won 20 Grand Slams before a Grand Slam, it’s a huge honor for me knowing him better and knowing his team better.”

Sinner and Nadal hit the nets together right before the Australian Open 2021. It was surely a great honor for the 19-year-old, and it definitely helped him grow a lot as a player.
“A very great person”- Jannik Sinner on Rafael Nadal
Jannik claimed that Nadal is a really humble person. In the short video, he also thanked the Spaniard and his team for choosing him to train with Rafa for two weeks.
“He is very humble, a very great person to everyone. So yeah, for me, it was very great and I would just like to say thanks to him and his team that they chose me to practice with them for two weeks,” added the young Italian player.
