Naomi Osaka has been one of the players to watch out on the women’s circuit over the last few years. Although she hasn’t had much success over the last 12 months, the Japanese star has achieved tremendous glory in her nascent career. She won her maiden Grand Slam title at the age of 20 when she defeated Serena Williams in the final of the 2018 US Open. Since then, she has gone on to add another three major titles to take her tally to four.
Earlier this month, Osaka made a comeback after missing the grass-court season due to an Achilles injury. However, her comeback hasn’t gone according to plans, as she suffered back-to-back defeats at the National Bank Open in Toronto and the Western and Southern Open in Cincinnati. Recently, she revealed a special wish for the US Open.
