Golden State Warriors registered their 45th win of the season as they beat Nikola Jokic’s Nuggets at the Ball Arena. Stephen Curry powered the Warriors to an important win, scoring 34 points. The Warriors have been struggling for a while and are 3-7 in their last 10 games. However, their star center, James Wiseman, is set to make his comeback to the NBA, which is massive news of relief for Dub Nation.
The Warriors have been are currently third in the league table behind leaders Phoenix Suns and Memphis Grizzlies. However, they have the same wins and losses as the Grizzlies and can overtake them in the coming games. Stephen Curry has also hit his form at the right time when they push for the 2nd position in the table.

They have received another massive boost as James Wiseman has been cleared to play the G League games. Wiseman made his G League debut for Santa Cruz Warriors. It was his first game on the court in 11 months.

James Wiseman finished the G League game with 18 points and went 7/13 from the field. However, the 20-year-old’s contributions weren’t enough, as Santa Cruz lost 109-99 to Stockton Kings. Wiseman has not played a single minute this season because of a torn meniscus. Moreover, he played 39 games last season before getting injured. The Warriors already have a good starting lineup and with Draymond Green returning in the next few days, it’ll be harder for Wiseman to make it to the starting lineup.
