The on-going ninth edition of the Big Bash League (BBL) 2019-2020 has already in the limelight for its top-level knocks and stunning individual performances in almost every game so far. However, the all-rounder Chris Morris has joined the league as well for his wonderful footwork.

During the BBL 09 match between Sydney Sixers and Sydney Thunder at Sydney Showground Stadium on Saturday, Morris displayed his “elite footwork” to effect the best run-out. His amazing football skills ran out Daniel Hughes for just one run while he was trying to steal a single off the South African all-rounder.

Hughes was at the non-striker end while the all-rounder Morris was bowling to Josh Philippe. After the delivery, he tried to go for a single but ended up stopping in the middle of the track. That gave the all-rounder an opportunity for a dismissal.

Morris ran towards the ball and kicked the ball with his foot to the stumps to successfully complete one of the best run-outs of the ongoing BBL 09 edition. ON the other hand, Hughes had the time to reach his crease but the miscommunication between him and Philippe led him stuck in the middle and witnessed his dismissal by the direct-hit from Chris Morris.
