Floyd Mayweather will return to boxing on 25th September in Japan against mixed martial artist Mikuru Asakura. This will be Mayweather’s second exhibition fight this year. The bout will take place in the Saitama Super Arena where ‘Money May’ earlier fought in 2018. In 2018, Mayweather fought then 20-year-old Tenshin Nasukawa. While boxing fans eagerly awaited Mayweather’s comeback, Queen Elizabeth II passed away on 8th September, at age 96.
Now that Queen Elizabeth II has passed away, her eldest son King Charles III is the constitutional monarch. According to reports, it has been found that Floyd Mayweather has a net worth that is far bigger than that possessed by King Charles.

Having fought exhibitions such as the Logan Paul and Don Moore fights, Mayweather faced criticism. However, ‘TBE’ cared too little. In fact, recently, ‘Money’ openly bragged about his gains from his exhibition fights. Speaking of fighting exhibitions, Mayweather said, “I would [rather] have the currency than the legacy, my legacy is already engraved in stone. They say, ‘Mayweather’s doing exhibitions, it’s bad for boxing.’ At the end of the day, my mother’s a millionaire, my dad’s a millionaire, my children are millionaires. My little [five-month-old] grandson is a multi-millionaire and he don’t even know it.”
And speaking of whether Mayweather was a billionaire, Mayweather replied by saying, “I’ve made a billion. I’ve reached that four years ago. [Now I’m] over $1.2billion… I knew from the beginning I was the best in boxing, from day one. I just knew I was better than every other fighter. There will never be a fighter better than me, never.”
