After his successful Light Heavyweight title defence against Canelo Alvarez at the T-Mobile, Dmitry Bivol recently squared off against Gilberto Ramirez at the Etihad Arena, Abu Dhabi. Once again, with his WBA Super World Light Heavyweight title on the line, Bivol defeated Ramirez via UD, ending the latter’s winning streak of 44 pro fights. Following his recent victory, Bivol compared the experiences he gained from his last two fights.

After fighting the undefeated Ramirez for twelve straight rounds in the ring, Bivol praised Canelo Alvarez’s fight. According to him, Alvarez was a more powerful fighter than Ramirez, whom Bivol fought on November 5th. Although he outclassed Alvarez inside T-Mobile, Bivol acknowledged Alvarez to have punched harder than Ramirez did recently in Abu Dhabi.
