Jermell Charlo is on a course to match up for the undisputed champion. Ahead of his much-awaited clash against Brian Castano, the unified WBA, WBC, IBF, and the Ring light middleweight titlist goes off on the WBO welterweight Terence Crawford.
Recently, the 31-year-old took to an interview with Fight Hub TV. While reflecting on fighting with the unified welterweight Errol Spence Jr and Terence Crawford, ‘Iron man’ targeted Crawford.

He said, “We’re not gonna turn down nobody, neither was special needs or none of these people cropping indeed s*** in 154.”
Furthermore, he added, “How do you all want him to fight me? I’m telling you all I’m trying to become undisputed right now. How are we talking to about somebody that ain’t even fought in the division? How does he jump from there to there like what? What connection does he get to this world? I’m saying like with that tall lanky motherf***er.”

The biggest clash in the light-middleweight between Jermell Charlo and Briano Castano at the AT&T Center in San Antonio, Texas, was expected to give the undisputed king to the throne of a junior middleweight.

However, the contest went so competitive that judges could not decide the winner after the slugfest of 12 rounds. The controversial scorecard ended in a split draw and paved the way for the rematch, as the duo felt they did enough to earn a victory.
As of now, according to ESPN, the fight is most likely to land on May 14 with four titles in a row. Notably, they were all set to collide in March earlier but could not make it. As Castano sustained a minor bicep injury, that forced him to pull out of the fight for the time being.
