‘I’ll Put My Fist Right Through Him’: Tyson Fury Vows to Wipe the Floor With Oleksandr Usyk

Tyson Fury’s undisputed heavyweight title fight against Ukrainian boxer Oleksandr Usyk has become the most talked subject in boxing recently. The latter defeated Anthony Joshua for the second time in their rematch on August 20th. And now fans will finally get to witness the fight that everyone was waiting for, Tyson Fury vs. Oleksandr Usyk.

Tyson Fury recently stated, “All of the ‘pound-for-pound legendary status’ – I don’t rate him. He will get a good hiding… Let me tell you, I could beat Usyk on a week’s training because he’s a middleweight, I’ll put my fist right through him… It’s an easy fight.” 

‘The Gypsy King’ seems very confident about defeating the Ukrainian boxer. As per reports, British promoter Frank Warren is rumored to stage the much-anticipated event. On the other hand, even Usyk is positive about fighting the British boxer in his next bout. 

Oleksandr Usyk makes a big announcement after his sensational victory 

It has been months that there has been a buzz about Tyson Fury fighting the winner of Oleksandr Usyk vs. Anthony Joshua. Apparently, Usyk’s victory has convinced the British boxer to return to the sport for a magnanimous battle. Take a look at what Usyk said that made Fury accept the challenge.

After a spectacular win against AJ, the Ukrainian fighter was standing in the center of the squared circle answering the questions. He said, “I’m sure that Tyson Fury is not retired yet, I’m sure. I’m convinced he wants to fight me. I want to fight him. And if I’m not fighting Tyson Fury, I’m not fighting at all.”

Following that, Fury announced, “I will annihilate both of them on the same night. Get your f—ing checkbook out because ‘The Gypsy King’ is here to stay forever!”

Well, both the fighters seem very confident about defeating each other. Usyk made a bold statement by saying that he only wants to fight Fury, or he will not fight at all. On the other hand, the Brit wants to annihilate Usyk and Joshua on the same night.
