The rest of 2021 has some exciting fights on the boxing calendar. The Canelo Alvarez vs Caleb Plant contest is one high-class war on the list. They will enter the boxing ring for all the super-middleweight titles on the line. But until now, there’s no clarity on the contracts and purses for this epic November 6 collision.

Despite that, the IBF super-middleweight champ, Plant, hasn’t shied away from painting shots at Canelo. A few days back, he took wild verbal digs at the Mexican boxer and his team when Oscar Valdez tested positive for a banned substance.

Recently, Plant, in a chat with ESNEWS, spoke about the pound-for-pound rankings and Alvarez holding the number one spot on the same.

Plant and Alvarez‘s ultimate aspiration is to cement their legacy as the undisputed king of the 168-pound frame. However, only one among the two can bag that status.
