Deontay Wilder doesn’t seem finished after losing for the second time in a row to Tyson Fury. Although that crushing knockout defeat has eliminated him from the title race, ‘The Bronze Bomber’ reflected his A-listed features in the fight and troubled ‘The Gypsy King’ several times.

After the contest, the former WBC heavyweight champion flirted with the possibilities of retirement. However, he received telling support from a boxing legend.

Chatting on his HotBoxin’ podcast with Jermall Charlo, Mike Tyson said, “Deontay Wilder should fight Usyk and if everybody fighting each other, you know.”

“He [Wilder] should fight Anthony Joshua too. Both lost and they comeback fighting each other.”

“I believe that Wider is going to beat a lot of guys you expect him not to beat.”

Deontay Wilder grew into the heavyweight division as one of its scariest punchers. Per reports, Wilder took up boxing at the age of 21, just to provide financial aid for his family. While 21 is considered quite late to begin boxing, Deontay Wilder climbed the ladders of success rapidly.

While ‘The Bronze Bomber’ can retire on the back of quite a lucrative career, it must be his hunger that is keeping him away from hanging his gloves.
