Mike Tyson Ridicules Jake Paul’s Knockout Punch Against Tyron Woodley With One Line

Former world heavyweight champion, Mike Tyson, can be considered one of the greatest living pugilistic behemoths. Recently, Tyson in his podcast, spoke about Jake Paul’s supposedly sloppy punches.
Tyson was hosting the ‘Hotboxin’ with Mike Tyson’ podcast with co-host, Sebastian Joseph-Day. The UFC middleweight champion, Israel Adesanya, was the guest for the episode.

The trio was watching a clip from the Jake Paul vs Tyron Woodley bout and discussing Paul’s knockout punch.
During the conversation, Adesanya spoke about Paul’s punch, saying, “And he loaded that up, like he charged that up. You see, look at it, he charged that up. He’s like I’mma f****** hit you, and BANG.”
However, Tyson did not find the punch interesting. He replied, “That punch you saw coming a mile away.”
Tyson’s response left his co-host and guest in splits.
However, Tyson made sure that he fanned the flames a little bit more. He further added, “I’m 55, I saw that coming a mile away.”

Mike Tyson can be considered one of the hardest hitters in the history of boxing. Tyson was one of the most formidable forces in the heavyweight division in the 80s and 90s.
In fact, Tyson was considered by many as the stronger and meaner version of Jack Dempsey.

One of the best displays of Tyson’s sheer power was from his 1988 bout against Michael Spinks. Tyson served his opponent an unforgiving barrage of punches. And, Spinks was knocked out in 90 seconds.

Another memorable display of Tyson’s strength was his 2000 bout with Lou Savarese. Tyson showcased a stellar performance and defeated Savarese by knockout in 38 seconds.
Tyson’s 1990 bout against Henry Tillman can be considered one of, if not the, best example of Tyson’s absolute drive and power. Moreover, ‘Iron’ Mike Tyson was fighting after the first loss of his professional career. It was amply clear from the start that Tyson was out for blood. Tyson’s thirst for retribution was felt at every punch, and Tillman was knocked out in 2:47 minutes.
