In a recent interview with Patrick Bet-David, Mike Tyson revealed that he is still not ready to hang up the gloves. He announced that he plans on first getting through his old rival Lennox Lewis and then want to face the current WBC champion, Tyson Fury.

When asked if he was serious about facing ‘The Gypsy King’ in the ring, the 55-year-old replied that he would even fight a lion at the right price.

Patrick Bet-David then even asked Tyson if he would actually fight a real lion in the ring. To this, ‘Iron’ Mike replied that he’d do anything just because he is a “glory freak“. He also suggested that it would not be the wildest idea as he had raised five lions and eleven tigers earlier.

If this (Lennox Lewis) goes well, Imma push myself deeper.

I don’t know, maybe, Tyson Fury, he told me, if I keep winning if I do good.

That’s my buddy.

I’d fight a lion if the price is right.

“Hey, listen, I can’t help it, I’m a glory freak, I think, yeah, anything.

I raised lions. Actually, I had five lions and eleven tigers before,” said Mike Tyson.

Tyson Fury wants to fight Mike Tyson in an exhibition bout

Tyson Fury is now all set to face Deontay Wilder on October 9. ‘The Bronze Bomber’ is looking to redeem his first career loss against Fury in early 2020. Even though Tyson Fury is already looking at future opponents like Dillian Whyte and Anthony Joshua, the Alabama native still holds the key to Fury’s journey to the top.

‘The Gypsy King’ is at the center of the heavyweight division right now. He holds a critical position and many top contenders now look at him as the key to a division unification bout.
