The former world heavyweight champion, Mike Tyson, was featured in one of the most popular podcasts in the world, the Joe Rogan Experience. Tyson and Joe Rogan are two of the most notable names in the combat world. Rogan, a trained martial artist, is also a commentator for the UFC.

The duo spoke about a wide variety of things, from Jake Paul to Tyson’s relationship with wild beasts like tigers as well as the current state of heavyweight boxing.

Mike Tyson’s striking words about Tyson Fury

Rogan asked ‘Iron Mike’ about the WBC heavyweight champion, Tyson Fury. The former heavyweight champion had some interesting views about Fury’s mental health.

He stated, “He [Tyson Fury] is trying to tell you I’m losing my mind, he’s trying to let the people know I’m f****** losing my mind. I’m crazy.”

According to Tyson, the 33-year-old fighter would be a prophet, as he is so exceptional. He claimed, “If he [Tyson Fury] was in biblical times he would be a prophet.” Hence, Tyson believes that Fury cannot explain why he is so successful.

The story of Tyson Fury’s name is as poetic as things can get. At Hotboxin’ with Mike Tyson, Fury revealed that as he miraculously survived a premature birth, his father, John Fury, named him after Mike Tyson.
