Mike Tyson Spotted With Band-Aids on the Head: Is the Legend Injured?
Follow Us
The youngest heavyweight champion of the world ‘Iron’ Mike Tyson is not new to facing injuries. Being one of the greatest pro pugilists ever, Tyson has suffered several injuries in his career. However, he is 54 now and doesn’t engage in violent acts within the ring.
Despite this, Mike Tyson was recently spotted with a massive band-aid on his aid, making his fans worry about him. Despite hitting his dotage, Tyson continues to don a near-perfect physique and still has the ability to box, which we saw in his return against Roy Jones Jr. last year.
So, it’s safe to assume that Tyson continues to train, especially when he is rumored to appear in several more exhibition bouts ahead. But how did he suffer the injury?

ES News has recently made its way to Tyson’s Hotboxin’ studio. While they interacted with Tyson over several issues, they also discovered that he had a head injury. Before they could question him about the same, ‘Iron’ Mike was gone. Hence, the secret behind Tyson’s injury remained hidden.
Hardcore training and head jabs can be a prominent reason, but at this stage, Tyson may not go inside the ring for brutal sparring. That said, a minor accident can also be the reason behind Tyson’s scar. But unless the champion verifies it himself, it will remain a mystery to the boxing world and Tyson’s fans.

The chances of another in-ring appearance from Tyson look bleak with so much going around him. He has his own podcast that might be one of the most popular shows in the sports world today. Moreover, Tyson has already returned and showcased his prowess to the fans and doesn’t need to continue proving himself at this stage.
Meanwhile, a few days back, he confirmed he would box Evander Holyfield in late summer this year. It shook the combat community and thrilled several fans. But Tyson’s team hasn’t confirmed the fight as official, and Holyfield has also not verified it from his end.
