Garcia has all the advantages in terms of height, reach, age, and speed. Furthermore, he fights with a southpaw stance which is always a tricky affair.

Felix Alvarado vs DeeJay Kriel (IBF light-flyweight title bout, 12 rounds of boxing)

The first of the two title fights sees champion Felix Alvarado take on South African DeeJay Kriel. The champion is coming off a 17-fight win streak, while the challenger is unbeaten in his last 17 fights. This promises to be a close and entertaining fight, with both fighters having a similar skill-set.

However, the decisive factor will be the experience that Alvarado possesses. He has had 37 professional bouts while Kriel has had 18.

Rene Alvarado vs Roger Gutierrez (WBA super-featherweight title bout, 12 rounds of boxing)

The last fight before the main event could be another cracker. WBA super-featherweight champion Rene Alvarado takes on 28-fight veteran Roger Gutierrez. The belt holder has claimed 32 wins in 40 fights and is on an 8-fight win streak.

Alvarado is capable of getting into a slug-fest as well as fighting smart. In his last fight against Andrew Cancio, he displayed his ability to take big shots and still keep the pressure.

Gutierrez is more of a ‘move and counter’ type of fighter. However, his power is undeniable and he could finish the fight with one punch. Despite this, we think Rene Alvarado will use his experience and defend his belt with a 10-round stoppage. However, this fight will be very close.
