Veteran Trainer Discusses Why Dillian Whyte Is in a Problem Ahead of Tyson Fury Fight

Dillian Whyte, a supreme-level knockout artist, can rightly challenge Tyson Fury and offer him a tough scrap inside the squared circle. Although Fury is undefeated, Whyte can still pressurize him, as he possesses enough perks to feed ‘The Gypsy King’ to the canvas. However, the particular scene will be hard to picture unless done in reality.
Tyson Fury is fresh from a win over Deontay Wilder and will return to acting on April 23 at the Wembley Arena in the UK. As Whyte vs Fury is now officially on, it has urged the entire boxing world to take sides for the heavyweight feast. Veteran trainer Teddy Atlas has also chimed into the scene and explained why Whyte might be in some trouble ahead of the fight.

He said, “I evaluate him [Dillian Whyte] as a strong guy, good body puncher, aggressive, tough, good power. But he is also a guy who gets, and he was winning the fight handily against [Alexander] Povetkin.”
“I am gonna give him this one. I am gonna say it. Okay, I will go with it. But he got knocked out cold. I will go with it. Got hit by a uppercut beautifully timed, that he never saw.”

Well, Dillian Whyte has appeared vulnerable quite a few times in his pro career. He has lost twice and both the times via stoppages against Anthony Joshua and then Alexander Povetkin. While Tyson Fury is yet to suffer such a consequence, he is clearly the favorite over Dillian Whyte in their upcoming collision.

Will Dillian Whyte vs. Tyson Fury be a long-lasting contest?
It’s hard to envision what the heavyweight war would appear like. Both men have the power to end the show with just one punch, and they can also drag each other to the distance. That said, Whyte will fall short on height and reach opposite the mighty Tyson Fury. Meanwhile, Whyte shall be alert all the time and shouldn’t let Fury establish his dominance.
