“What a fighter you are, what a fighter!”, said Gypsy king Tyson Fury as he paid his respect to the “Bronze Bomber” Deontay Wilder. Both men embraced and praised each other after their intense 7-round fight, and it was truly a sight to behold.
Tyson Fury looked as good as ever out-boxing Deontay Wilder with each passing round, before ending the fight in round number 7. With this win, Fury adds the WBC Title and the vacant Ring heavyweight title, all while retaining the lineal heavyweight belt. Deontay Wilder, on the other hand, was handed the first loss of his storied career with the only blip on his (42-1-1) record caused due to ‘’the Gypsy king’’

The two originally met in December 2018, when they fought to a split draw. As a result of this, the hype was very real this time around. While Anthony Joshua was off fighting Ruiz, the whole world tuned in to see the fight of these heavyweight superstars.

Fury and Wilder truly put on a show, with their press conferences as entertaining as ever. Both fighters talked as much trash as they could and had to be separated each and every time they met. During the final press conference, both fighters couldn’t help but get “physical”, with several shoves and unpleasant insults dominating the majority of the weigh-in. Both men showed their class after the fight, finally settling their ‘’unfinished business’’.
Where does Tyson Fury go from here?
A dream fight between Anthony Joshua and Tyson Fury could be the most logical answer. As the contract between Fury and Wilder includes a rematch clause, most fight fans would love to see the winner going on to face Anthony Joshua.

Joshua currently holds the WBA (super), IBF, WBO, and IBO heavyweight championships, making him the most logical fighter between the two.
