Since the loss to Khabib Nurmagomedov, Conor has been away from the sport. Though he was supposed to return in July 2019 an unfortunate hand injury delayed the return of the Notorious One. However, finally, the biggest attraction in MMA returns to the octagon in January 2020 as he takes on the UFC veteran, Donald “Cowboy” Cerrone in the main event of UFC 246. This event is already a blockbuster because it has Conor as the main event. However, it might get even bigger if the lightweight champion, Khabib Nurmagoemdov sits at the front rows to witness the return of Conor.
