Taking the example of the M4 assault rifle, it’s a good option to take on the enemies. But it has got a three-round limited auto-burst ability. Hence, it comes across as a weaker gun for intense encounters.
If someone wants to have an alternative to this rifle, they can use the M16 but even that is not the best choice. However, tweaking it further can eventually make a lot of difference. Adding armor-piercing rounds and a much-needed balance overall makes it a gun that can kill with only one or two bullets.
