It has been a season to forget for Carson Wentz and his Philadelphia Eagles teammates thus far. Carson Wentz has been underperforming so far. Head coach Doug Pederson could replace the veteran quarterback with 2020 second-round pick, Jalen Hurts. Doug Pederson’s boys will play last year’s Super Bowl runner-ups, the San Francisco 49ers on Sunday.

The Eagles need to find their mojo fast if they want to challenge for a playoff spot this year. A win against Kyle Shanahan’s San Francisco 49ers could be the perfect morale-booster the entire team needs.

Irvin said, “What you’re going to get more out of the Eagles is just total desperation. Anything left in the tank, they have to empty. They can’t go four games with zero victories. They’ll have to empty them. They are going to empty the tank so you got to be ready for that and the young team has to be ready for that.”
