Brian Lara is one of greatest batsman in the history of cricket. Therefore, when his birthday (May 2nd) rolls around, it is but natural that other players will take to wish him and praise him. He is regarded as the Prince of Trinidad.

Sachin Tendulkar wishes Brian Lara on his birthday with a heartfelt message

One of the players who took to Twitter to wish him is Sachin Tendulkar. The Master Blaster and The Prince have had several encounters on-field and as of today both of them speak very fondly of each other and their journey together.

He said that it was great catching up with him. On top of that, he adds that he hopes to see him soon again.

The last time the two players were seen together was during the Road Safety World Series which took place in March. However, the event got dismissed mid way to the Coronavirus outbreak.
