England cricketer Chris Jordan was a part of IPL franchise Royal Challengers Bangalore in IPL 2016. The Virat Kohli led team reached the finals of the tournament that year but lost the title to Sunrisers Hyderabad.
IPL 2016 was a dream tournament for RCB, especially for Virat Kohli. Kohli was awarded as the lead run-scoring batsman of the tournament. However, Chris Jordan too did his bit in making RCB reach finals by taking 11 wickets in 9 innings.
Even after a surreal league, Chris went for the auctions the following year. He was picked by Sunrisers Hyderabad but didn’t get many opportunities to showcase his talent. Soon his journey with SRH came to an end as the franchise released him. This year Jordan is a part of the Kings XI Punjab franchise.
