Coronavirus outbreak has affected the world badly. The virus is spreading rapidly in India too. As of today, 606 people have been tested positive for the virus while 11 lost their lives. As a result, the government has declared a complete lockdown in the country for 21 days starting from March 25, 2020. 

Owing to the coronavirus scare, all the sports events, film shootings, and concerts have either been canceled or postponed for the time being. Many people are practicing self-isolation to prevent the further spread of this deadly virus. 

Therefore, the filmstars have a lot of time in their hand. While being on quartination they are utilizing this free time to spend some quality time with their family or connecting with their fans on social media. 

Recently, Shahid Kapoor also indulged in a Question-Answer session with his twitter followers. It is a well-known fact that Shahid is an avid cricket fan. He follows the sport quite closely. Also, the actor is doing a film Jersey which is based on a cricket background. 

In between the session, a twitter user asked Shahid to make a tough choice between India’s current captain, Virat Kohli and former skipper MS Dhoni. 

Shahid’s reply to this question was heartwarming and would have pleased a lot of cricket fans. He indirectly answered that choosing between these two cricket legends is similar to choosing between one’s mother and father.

The Indian cricket team skipper Virat Kohli supports Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s decision to complete lockdown in the country. 

India is facing difficult times owing to the COVID-19 pandemic. As a result, the Prime Minister has strictly ordered the citizens to be at their homes and practice social distancing.

He tweeted, “As our Honourable Prime Minister, Shri @NarendraModi Ji just announced, the whole country is going into a lockdown starting midnight today for the next 21 days. My request will remain the same, PLEASE STAY AT HOME.  #SocialDistancing is the only cure for Covid 19.“
