Did Stephen Jackson Confirm Tony Parker’s Affair with Brent Barry’s ex-wife?

One of the most infamous moments in the career of former San Antonio Spurs player Tony Parker came when he was rumoured to have cheated on his wife Eva Longoria with Brent Barry’s ex-wife. The New York Daily had reported that the relationship had nothing physical in it.

Now, Stephen Jackson words on “All the sport” podcast might make you think that he has confirmed Parker’s infidelity. He talked of Parker with profanity saying he was one of those who would “talk to your girl” when you are not watching.

“You do shit like that once, you’ll do that shit again,” he said. “It’s just who’s the next victim, motherfucker? Who’s the next victim? Nah, I don’t trust your ass. Don’t bring that motherfucker on my set. Hell nah. It’s good vibes only. Him [Fisher], Tony Parker, don’t bring none of them motherfuckers around. They’ll talk to your girl as soon as you close your eyes or go to the bathroom. Nah, bruh. We don’t want them on this set, sorry.”

The topic came in a long discussion in the podcast which involved Matt Barnes and Stephen Jackson talking about various aspects in the current game including the NBA-China relationships, the issue which rose during the preseason.

As reported by CBS Sports, Jackson said about the China issues: “My take on it is that nobody can actually give the right answer when you ask that question, especially at the spur of the moment. The only way I would answer the question somebody asked me is that I love everybody. That’s how I feel. I’m not educated on the situation, I’m not there, I’m not on the ground, I don’t know what’s going on. We’re all on the outside looking in. But at the end of the day, when you say ‘I love everybody’ it’s no way you can twist that — it’s no way you can twist ‘I love everybody’ and that’s how I always stand on things I don’t know about. And cameras have been thrown in my face, and it’s not even close to LeBron [James] and Daryl Morey, but at the same time you’ve gotta be ready for stuff like that and you’ve gotta educate yourself before you speak on things. But the reply of ‘I love everybody,’ can’t nobody twist that.”
