After US Senator for Massachusetts Gives a Scathing Reply to Elon Musk on Twitter, HasanAbi Propogates His Intentions – “…Owning This Platform Is Just as Miserable as the Last One”

On October 27, 2022, Elon Musk became the new torchbearer of the social media platform Twitter. Since then, the business tycoon has been introducing new changes on the platform, such as the Twitter Blue subscription. However, it seems Twitch streamer HasanAbi is unhappy about Elon’s recent tweet.

Hasan Doğan Piker, also known as HasanAbi on the internet, is a popular Twitch streamer. The personality is known to present his views on social and political activities. Moreover, he is also the host of the podcast Fear&. Recently, the community has seen HasanAbi being critical of the events following Elon Musk’s Twitter acquisition. And it seems he has given his views after Elon replied to the US Senator’s tweet.

HasanAbi speaks out after Elon Musk replies to US Senator for Massachusetts’ tweet

Lately, Twitter Blue stepped into the community. As per Twitter’s website, Twitter Blue is “an opt-in, paid monthly subscription” that gives a user the blue checkmark and further facilitates early access to select new features like the Edit Tweet. Since the enrollment of the policy, there have been mixed reviews from the community. However, Ed Markey, US Senator for Massachusetts, raised a query to the platform and Elon Musk.

The US Senator tweeted, “A@washingtonpost reporter was able to create a verified account impersonating me—I’m asking for answers from @elonmusk who is putting profits over people and his debt over stopping disinformation. Twitter must explain how this happened and how to prevent it from happening again.” With the tweet, a photo was attached to display the official letter, which can be seen in the tweet attached below.

To this, Elon Musk replied, “Perhaps it is because your real account sounds like a parody?” To this, the US Senator for Massachusetts replied, “One of your companies is under an FTC consent decree. Auto safety watchdog NHTSA is investigating another for killing people. And you’re spending your time picking fights online. Fix your companies. Or Congress will.”

Evidently, HasanAbi came across Elon’s tweet and further tweeted through his Twitter account while attaching the thread. He said, “i hope every other day you have owning this platform is just as miserable as the last one.”

With that, HasanAbi displayed his views regarding the situation. It is safe to say that the Twitch streamer wasn’t happy with Elon’s reply to the US Senator’s tweet. Hence, only time shall tell how the proceedings take place regarding the US Senator’s query.

Moreover, it was unearthed that Elon might be shaking hands with Logan Paul to run the service on the platform. Also, the collaboration is subjected to be a billion-dollar deal. Hence, only time shall unveil the future.
