Season 2 of Call of Duty Warzone will introduce exciting new things

A particular ship by the name of “VODIANOY’ is making its way from Rebirth Island towards Verdansk. This will ship was teased inside the game along with a radio transmission from it in Russian.

It simply hinted that a boat will be making its way into Verdansk, carrying a shipment of nova gas. The most confusing aspect here would be the difference between the two eras, as the war on Rebirth takes place in the 80s while Warzone is essentially modern-day.

Soap and Adler could appear on the island

The Battle Royal island of Warzone could see two distinct characters from separate storylines appearing on the island. The opening trailer for Season 2 showcased a more direct conversation between Captain Price and Soap MacTavish. This conversation confirmed that Soap is on the boat, and he is finally going to appear in Warzone next season.

The Season 2 cinematics also showcased a storyline where officer Russel Adler was captured and being sent away to Verdansk. These stories cannot take place together, and the storyline could introduce some form of a time warp to justify the clash of the two timelines.
