In recently released patch notes, Infinity Ward confirmed the new update for both Modern Warfare and their new battle royale Call of Duty Warzone. These updates were set to launch on March 26th. Safe to say, there is so much for fans to feast on within this new update amid ‘self-isolation’.

In Warzone now new weapons can be found on the ground and in the Supply Boxes. These new weapons include 725 Shotgun, MK2 Carbine (Marksman Rifle),  EBR-14 (Marksman Rifle) and the .50 GS (Handgun).

In the new update, players who disconnect in the Last Stand will now drop their items when leaving the game. Developers also Increased the price of Loadout Drop within the Buy Station from $6,000 to $8,500. They also fixed the rare bug that allowed players to equip two riot shields if they had two different camos, but only one would appear on the player in the game.

But the most exciting and positive update is definitely that players will now get a kill when someone that they’ve downed, disconnects from the game.

In plunder mode, players can now no longer stack on self-revive kits. There is also good news for players spectating during the match because they will also now get plunder payouts from contracts but at only 40% of the value i.e paid to the living players.
