Ever since the news broke out from the former adult film star herself, it has taken Twitter by storm. Seems like every Cyberpunk 2077 fan is quite excited to welcome a new character in the ever-expanding universe of the futuristic open world. Not to mention that hardcore gaming lovers are already hyped for Sasha Grey’s appearance with an awaited DLC expansion.

In case anyone is not aware of her, Sasha Grey is a prominent face online, known for her Twitch streams playing various titles. Apart from being a writer, actress, model, and musician, she is also a former adult film star. Grey recently took to Twitter to announce her future debut in Cyberpunk 2077.

Without mentioning anything else, Sasha Grey simply confirmed her arrival in the upcoming DLC expansion, titled Phantom Liberty. She will be playing the role of Ash, a radio DJ from the in-game station called 89.7 Growl FM.

In the newly released brief clip, for a music contest based on the upcoming DLC expansion, one can even hear Sasha’s voice as Ash. Although she will provide her voice to this character, it’s yet to be seen whether the character will have her likeness or not. For example, Keanu Reeves’ in-game Johnny Silverhand persona is identical to the actor’s looks in real life.

Just to make it clear, it won’t be a debut for her in video games. Before CDPR’s title, Grey has already appeared in the Saints Row series in which she played the role of Viola DeWynter.

Meanwhile, social media has exploded ever since Sasha Grey confirmed her role in Cyberpunk 2077. Most of the fans are immensely happy and delighted, seeing the Twitch star making her stint in the sci-fi title. Many of them are still in complete disbelief even after knowing that she will be a part of CP77.

CD Projekt Red recently revealed a new sequel as well to the ongoing title. Projekt Orion will continue the saga of the game with a fresh story and seemingly new characters as well. However, gaming enthusiasts will have to wait for an official teaser and release date. CP77 is now available for all the supported platforms like PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, and PC.
