When it comes to a challenge, Shroud has always been at the forefront. The streamer wanted to spice things up in Valorant for him and his teammates, and the results are surprising, to say the least.

Michael “Shroud” Grzeisk is one of the biggest names in Esports. He is undoubtedly one of the best players and is a widely loved streamer. His vision when it comes to aiming in shooter titles has been considered special, and with Riot’s Valorant, Shroud is almost always at his best.

Shroud decided to disable HUD and cross-hair for a match-up in Valorant with his friends. This meant that he had no visuals on the map, health or the ammo at his disposal. To make things even more challenging, disabling cross-hair also meant he had no idea where he’d be shooting.

Shroud went on to pick Sova as his agent. Just seconds after, he realized his mistake. Most of Sova’s skills are associated with tracking opponents, but that proved to be useless, given Shroud had no access to the map.

Shroud initially struggled and was killed off in multiple rounds. After not being able to find momentum, Shroud expressed how hard it is to play without HUD.

“It’s crazy not being able to see the kill feed. It’s so just like what is going on,” Shroud said.

Playing without any sort of information is incredibly hard, and Shroud’s video further proves the statement. He was unable to make use of Sova’s darts during the match, and that cost him some important moments.

However, Shroud was quickly back to his feet. His confidence was boosted without having access to any information. The streamer managed three kills in a row and won back-to-back rounds.

“I kinda feel confident. I feel like my health is 150 always,” said Shroud.

Ultimately, Shroud and team lost. The opponents were good players, and Shroud acknowledged the same. He did not leave with a heavy heart as he knew himself that the challenge was hard.

Nonetheless, Shroud’s gameplay during the challenge was impressive. Rest assured, fans can expect many such content from the streamer in the near future.
