Nintendo Has Fans Buzzing by Resurrecting 26-Year-Old Game Just For the Switch

Console giant, Nintendo, has some of the most critically acclaimed games in its basket. With more than 5000 games on Nintendo Switch, the company has a legacy of making the ultimate masterpieces of games. And now it is bringing back one of its most critically acclaimed games.
When in 1996, Nintendo launched its N64 console, and it took the world by storm. Thus Nintendo launched a few previously made games to the N64 to make players feel the urge to play them again, thus a Jet Skiing game was launched the same year. That game became one of the most critically acclaimed games of the year and was a fan favorite. Now Nintendo is bringing it back for Switch.

Nintendo Switch to bring back Wave Race 64
Wave Race was a very simple but stylish 1992 Game Boy Title that got its follow-up in 1996 with Nintendo 64. Thus to differentiate between the original and the follow-up, the game was named Wave Race 64.

Now the game is coming back again after 26 years for Nintendo Switch with an update for the Nintendo classics library. Notably, the news was so good that fans went crazy over it, and stormed the official announcement tweet from Nintendo.

Fans were really happy about the update and wanted to come it out as soon as possible. The official tweet says that the game will be out on the August 19, for NintendoSwitchOnline + Expansion Pack members.

Some more fan reactions on the re-release of Wave Race
The reason why Nintendo chose to re-release the game was due to its announcement last month that claimed that old classic games will be added to the Nintendo Switch Online + Expansion Pack. Although some fans thought that Nintendo might forget about this and forget about the update. Surprisingly, they still remembered and wanted fans to know how much they care for them.

Notably, a handful of games for Nintendo Switch are also on sale on Amazon. Thus proving that Nintendo Switch is not backing down in any shape or form from the market and is giving a tough fight to other console giants.
