While the details aren’t out yet about the character, as Carlos put it, “So pay attention to see if you spot me”. Fans will have to wait until June for the movie to be released.

“It was my first dubbing cameo. It was a completely different experience from what I have done in the past,” said Charles Leclerc in Italian. “It’s a little bit strange and yes, it is much harder than I thought. It was a great experience and I can’t wait to see the final result.”

2021 Champion Max Verstappen’s Claim to Fame Is a Bane to F1 Aspirants

As always, the Tifosi were delighted with this announcement. And many Twitter users expressed their happiness on the eve of both Carlos Sainz and Charles Leclerc starring in the film. Many users also suggested that they will have to watch the film in Italian and Spanish just to spot the drivers. As one Spanish user put it, “Do we also add voice actor to the list of things Carlos Sainz can do?”

Disney and Pixar will be releasing the movie “Lightyear” on the 15th of June in Italy and 17th of June in Spain. With Formula 1 reaching new heights of popularity, expect the tickets to be sold out.

Pixar and its history with Formula 1 drivers

Legends like Michael Schumacher, Lewis Hamilton, Sebastian Vettel, and Fernando Alonso are just some that feature on the list.
