“I am a fan of NASCAR. I love motorsports and I grew up watching NASCAR for sure. It’s something which I would definitely try one day. I don’t know if I’d jump in a NASCAR and I wanna race this weekend with the guys that have been doing it their whole life.”

“I wouldn’t want to humiliate myself, but I would certainly like to drive a car competitively like in a test session or something. But unless I did a lot of testing in preparation, I’ll probably get my **** handed to me. So I don’t need that,” said Ricciardo.

It is not surprising to hear Daniel’s passionate views on NASCAR as he idolizes NASCAR legend Dale Earnhardt Sr. But it would certainly be interesting to see him race in the category when he stops racing in F1.
