Lewis Hamilton is a well-known Fashion Mogul. He never shies away from expressing his style on and off the paddock. The Brit has appeared on the covers of multiple magazines. Similarly, when the Mercedes driver is not racing, he can often be spotted in the front row of fashion shows. To add to that, Hamilton might now be welcoming another fashion enthusiast on the grid.

Alfa Romeo signed Zhou Guanyu to partner Valtteri Bottas this year. The talented F2 Chinese driver donned the red and white suit and became China’s first full-time Formula 1 driver.

Additionally, he is also a big Lewis Hamilton fan and a fashion enthusiast. The Mercedes driver and his fashion sense has often inspired him. Talking to crash.net, Zhou said, “It’s been great in the last few years watching Lewis showing a different style in the paddock.”

Zhou also explains how drivers have changed over the years and how they are more than just race drivers.

He further said, “Obviously he was the first one to be open in that way and it wasn’t easy. I fully remember the first time he did that. A lot of people were saying ‘why is he wearing that?’ and I was one of the guys who liked his fashion sense.”

Lewis Hamilton collaborated with American fashion giants Tommy Hilfiger to launch his own fashion line. Subsequently, Zhou Guanyu plans on following in the footsteps of the Silver Arrows driver.

When asked about his plans to launch his own clothing line, Zhou confirmed, “That’s definitely on the plan in the future, because I really want to make my own brand in the future, just purely fashion designing stuff.”
