Teammates of Max Verstappen have never had it easy when trying to get one up on him on track. However, there was a time when Alex Albon caught the Dutch driver unaware and ready to embarrass himself in front of the whole world.

While doing media duties for Red Bull last year, Albon tried to catch Verstappen with his pants down, pun intended. However, the flying Dutchman thankfully caught the prank in time to understand what was actually going on.

In the challenge, Verstappen had to draw a track by following Albon‘s instructions. But the Thai-British driver had something completely different in mind. Halfway through Albon’s NSFW request, Verstappen exclaimed, “This does look a bit weird, yeah?” before he finally realized what Albon had been asking for!

“Oh wait I remember now! You wanted to draw a p*nis! F**k me mate!”

Verstappen may have shown us his human and funny side in the past couple of seasons. However, that doesn’t change that he is arguably a polarizing figure in the paddock. A testament to this is Sky Sports’ Ted Kravitz’s attitude towards him off late.

You’d expect F1 broadcasters and presenters to be as non-controversial and neutral as possible, right? That being said, it doesn’t seem to be Ted Kravitz’s cup of tea. At the US Grand Prix and the Mexican Grand Prix, the British F1 presenter had a few harsh and controversial words for the 2x Champion.

In Austin, he said, “Verstappen is around the [Austin] paddock, he seems very happy with himself. He doesn’t seem to be a driver capable of winning a championship in a normal way.”

He hadn’t changed his stance in Mexico, too. According to him, Verstappen wins only “because he’s got a quicker car, because of engineering and Formula 1 and design, and pretty much because of [Adrian Newey, Red Bull’s Chief Technical Officer] over there.”

All of this eventually ended with Verstappen and Red Bull boycotting Sky Sports.
