During a recent interview by The High Performance Podcast, Lando was asked to share his thoughts on miscommunication. The British driver conveyed, “There’s not been one big thing, there’s just been like comments, where I’d have said something and like it would’ve been probably about Lewis or Sebastian one of the drivers I respect more than anyone.”
The 22-year-old driver further stated that he talked about Mercedes and Lewis a few months back in an interview. It was about “You should expect him (Hamilton) to win the race cuz he’s in the Mercedes.” This created a bit of controversy among fans.
Talking about this, Norris asserted on the podcast, “I’d never mean something to have bad intentions. Like that’s not just the person I am. To really hate someone. But I would never mean it, especially in an interview when I have nothing against a person, Lewis at this point or Mercedes. So the fact people wanna put it across that way and if people believe that, then they obviously just don’t know me very well.”
