Michael Schumacher is the driver that almost every up-and-coming driver aspires to be. The skill, charm, and success that come along with the greatness of the German driver have inspired everybody. If it wasn’t for the unfortunate day in 2013 when he met with an accident while skiing, he’d have been in the paddock alongside his son and F1 driver, Mick Schumacher

Mick Schumacher has been fighting alone in F1. The driver, despite winning the F2 championship and competing for two seasons in a difficult Haas car, has been left without a seat. He is now a reserve driver for Mercedes. Many fans believe if the driver had been by his side, Mick would’ve arguably had more support from the grid stakeholders.

Despite all that, Mick has had some guidance from the four-time world champion, Sebastian Vettel. This is quite a wholesome thing, as Vettel was himself mentored by Michael to a large extent in the early stages of his career. Having the trio working together would’ve been a sight to stare at for Formula 1 fans.

Mick Schumacher’s image with his dad makes everyone sob

Mick’s recent profile picture update has everyone in tears. Whether you are an F1 fan or not, if you know about Michael, you’ll need tissues. Each fan expressed their emotions with either a different message, a different picture, or a gif. In the end, it was just tears and a heartful moment for everyone.

What’s next in F1 for Mick remains uncertain. If he doesn’t get a chance on the weekend at Mercedes, the simulator will certainly keep him in touch. And with Audi lining up its entry in 2026, the German could be hopeful of a seat if he doesn’t get one until then. But for a talented driver like Mick, a seat is just a matter of time.
