Red Bull and Max Verstappen seemed to have lost their way a bit in the championship fight. Red Bull was on par with Mercedes at the start of the season but took the lead in Monaco. They went on a stretch of 5 wins in a row before Mercedes halted their charge at Silverstone.

Since the crash between Hamilton and Verstappen, Red Bull has lost ground to Mercedes. And after the first lap incident at Hungary, they trail the German team in both championships. Verstappen has urged his team to make some changes so that he can continue his title fight with Hamilton.
