Lewis Hamilton has broken numerous records. He broke the record for most pole positions in Formula 1. He won the Portuguese GP and broke the record for most wins in Formula 1. It is certain that he is also eying to break the record for most World Championships.
In another interesting factoid, Lewis Hamilton has won in 28 out of the 32 Formula 1 circuits he has raced at.

Buddh International Circuit- A thorn in Lewis Hamilton’s side
Out of the 32 circuits, Lewis Hamilton has failed to win on 4 of them. Namely, Buddh International Circuit in India, Circuit de Nevers Magny-Cours in France, Valencia Street Circuit in Spain, and the Korea International Circuit in Korea.
However, Hamilton has managed to get a podium in all of these venues except for Buddh International Circuit, India.

Hamilton managed a podium in 2007 French Grand Prix finishing at P3. Moreover, He also managed a podium in 2010 and 2011 Korean Grand Prix finishing in P2. He even managed a P2 in Valencia Street Circuit for 3 consecutive years in 2008, 2009 and 2010.

However, the British powerhouse failed to clinch a podium finish across the 3 occasions on which the Indian circuit fielded the paddock. Formula 1 visited the Indian Grand Prix for 3 consecutive years, 2011, 2012, and 2013. Hamilton finished at P7, P4, and P6 respectively.

All 3 races at the Buddh International Circuit were won by Sebastian Vettel. However, it stands to be the only Formula 1 circuit where Lewis has raced and not managed to get a podium finish.
He has been a dominating force ever since the onset of the hybrid era. Lewis Hamilton has been completely unmatched over the course of the past few seasons.

Maybe the FIA needs to bring the Indian Grand Prix back into the fold; for it seems like the Buddh International Circuit is Lewis’ kryptonite.
