The theater is the most extraordinarily complex art form that combines words, movement, and visuals as a method of expression. All do not appreciate the complex art form, which requires a certain taste. Fans are not sure how many F1 drivers have acquired this taste, but Lewis Hamilton is definitely one.

Back in December 2014, the seven-time F1 world champion took some time out during the winter break to watch a musical. The Mercedes man caught the Cats musical in London. Not completely out of character, but there was one motivating factor for Lewis Hamilton to attend the musical, i.e. Nicole Scherzinger.

The Pussycat Dolls singer was part of the cast for the musical by West End Theatre Productions. Scherzinger played Grizabella and performed Memory for her role. Mesmerized by her performance, Lewis Hamilton shared a photo on his Instagram with Scherzinger in her full feline getup.

Appreciating her efforts, the Mercedes man shared his thoughts in the caption along with the photo. The caption read, “Went to see the Cats musical for the first time last night, and my lady @nicolescherzy blew me away! Such an incredible talent she is, as well as the rest of the cast!”

Hamilton’s longest-lasting relationship ended the following year in 2015.

The extremely busy power couple was always supportive of each other’s work from the start. Proof of that was Scherzinger’s presence during Hamilton’s first championship title celebration back in 2008.

The turbulent relationship saw the couple split up multiple times during the eight-year romance. However, at one point, everyone, including his family, wanted the Brit to tie the knot.

The seven-time world champion, at 37, is still a bachelor and isn’t seeing anyone in public knowledge. The only time he got remotely close to settling down and tying the knot was when he was still dating Nicole Scherzinger.

In 2014, Hamilton revealed, “I’m certainly feeling pressure, heat from family members.” However, he explained why it hasn’t happened yet and said, “But Nicole’s massively focused on her work the same as I am. We’re happy just way we are.” The Brit left the door open and added that marriage, “one point…will be for us.”
