Sebastian Vettel Has Given His Verdict on Aston Martin’s ’21 F1 Car, Reveals Team Boss

Recently, F1 made significant aerodynamical changes to the 2021 car, which consequently forced the teams to tweak their simulators with the desired changes. Apparently, the newcomers, Aston Martin, worked on the sim over the winter, and recently set it up for Sebastian Vettel to take over.
The team principal, Otmar Szafnauer, revealed that the German jumped onto the simulator the moment the team prepped up it up. Furthermore, Vettel gave Aston Martin handy feedback on the car.

Speaking to SkySport, Otmar opened up about Vettel‘s first-ever simulator session with the returning F1 team, Aston Martin.
“The FIA made significant changes to the aerodynamics, which meant a lot, a lot of work over the winter,” he said.

Going into 2021, there are quite a lot of technical changes being introduced into the sport. For instance, there will be substantial changes to the cars’ floors, rear brake ducts, and diffusers.
Such changes will point to one question- How is this going to shuffle the grid?
Well, the fans can expect minor falls and gains in performances among the F1 teams. However, it is unlikely that the grid will witness a massive mix-up.
Can Aston Martin find their way to the top?
Things are looking good for the world-famous British team to beat the mid-field and reach the championship fight at the top.
Aston Martin possesses an optimistic owner leading them, who is willing to throw in any amount of money to watch the team rise to the top. Hence, even before starting their first season in decades, their expectations are soaring high.
Apart from Lawrence Stroll‘s presence, the team also possesses a handy couple of drivers, Sebastian Vettel and Lance Stroll. Of course, the latter one is yet to have a consistent season. However, this season could be the one fans can finally witness Stroll unleash his real pace.
This is because, unlike any other year, the Canadian will have a mentor in Vettel, an experienced four-time world champion.

However, the German, too, has been having his own problems over the past couple of years. The terrible end to his Ferrari campaign meant that the team sucked every bit of confidence out of him, and his revival depends on his treatment at Aston Martin.
Nevertheless, 2021 is very much going to witness an electric season, and Aston Martin will definitely be in the limelight amid massive expectations.
